Rainham, Herne Bay and Dartford

World Space Week, October 4-10 annually, is the largest space celebration event on Earth. More than 5,000 events in over 80 countries celebrated the theme “Space Unites the World” in 2018.

This year’s theme is ‘The Moon: Gateway to the Stars’ and promises lots of opportunities to incorporate this theme into classroom learning.

The Science Learning Partnership Kent and Medway, working in conjunction with The STEM Hub, is running free twilight CPD sessions. This will enable you to inspire your students with interesting, relevant and practical classroom teaching and learning ideas and resources to support curriculum objectives throughout the year.
