FOUNDATION: FINDING STRENGTH IN THE NOW
5 top tips to reduce stress & anxiety, to incorporate healthy habits, empowering you to remain more relaxed & positive and to improve wellbeing during these challenging times.
Notes about the session:
- The programme will run in six sessions as attached, to be held weekly on Mondays at 17:00 from 2 November to 7 December. You do not need to attend all sessions but are warmly welcomed to do so.
- Participants should be in a warm, calm, quiet space, ideally seated at their desk chair (so as not to slump) with a glass of water available.
- All sessions will be seated, other than Session 2 which will require some standing.
- We will send a recurring Zoom link for you to share with participants in advance of each session. Lucy will open the room at 16:45 to allow participants in and it will be closed promptly at 17:00.
- All participant cameras and microphones should be switched off during the session.
