This training session will be a chance to learn how to develop the tools needed to improve resilience and pick up tips for wellbeing. We hope attendees will as a result increase their morale by reflecting on personal strengths and identifying areas to build upon to improve resilience, including making cultural changes, healthy habits and lifestyles.
CiC are experienced trainers and support organisations and institutions within both the public and private sector from Universities and Schools, to law firms, local councils, NHS are trusts, news agencies and International Charities.
The session will take place online and will be recorded so that it is accessible for those that are unable to make this time slot.
