Regional Physics Day – free event

Time:
9:15am - 4:15pm
Date:
Saturday 7 March
Location:
St Anselm's RC School

The day promises to be a real boost for anyone teaching physics, especially those teaching outside their specialism or new to teaching, and for trainees and technicians too.

The day takes place at St. Anselm’s School in Canterbury and features 16 workshops to choose from, as well as a fantastic opportunity to meet colleagues, buy books and enjoy the now-famous lunch and free raffle!  Workshops cover most KS3 and 4 topics, practicals, pedagogy and free local resources – and you can map a course through the day to suit your own needs.

Why not come with a colleague, or even bring your whole department for the ultimate science team bonding experience?!

One teacher last year said:

“What an excellent day from start to finish!  I brought some colleagues and they can’t wait to a) implement some stuff they have seen and b) come back! Can’t thank you enough – this has really motivated my staff.  Food, facilities, school welcome – AMAZING!”
