Chris gained a Master of Engineering at University of Cambridge and is currently a race strategist at McLaren Racing where he is responsible for tactical decision making for Lando Norris. Chris has learnt a great deal about how to approach decisions rationally, that can be applied across the broader sporting spectrum.
