Human skills for disruptive technologies

Time:
4:00pm - 5:00pm
Date:
Monday 8 February

With Artificial Intelligence and automation disrupting many of the technical tasks that were previously done by humans, we need to bring four crucial human skills into the classroom to help students survive and thrive in the 21st-century landscape.

These skills are Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Contextual Creativity and Mindfulness.

Somi Arian explains how technology is changing the future of work and how to use these four skills to overcome the challenges ahead.

With thanks to the Thames Valley Learning Partnership for opening up this event to EKST.
