Dr Roberta Babb’s work is influenced by psychodynamic psychotherapy, cultural psychology, schema therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. To develop meaning and enable a you to make sense of your difficulties, I will work with closely with clients to safely explore their past, present and future and simultaneously build long lasting internal resources which may help them actively take responsibility to promote positive changes in your life.
