Urban Explorer Challenge at The Natural History Museum

The Natural History Museum are looking for Key Stage 3 Science teachers to take part in their upcoming Urban Explorer Challenge.

The programme consists of a FREE workshop for students, as well as a celebration event.

Workshop

Urban Explorer Challenge workshop at the Natural History Museum on 23 March or 20 April 2020.

 

Through hands-on activities and exploring our Wildlife Garden, students will generate questions about the human impacts on local biodiversity.

Celebration

A celebration BioBlitz day on 18 May 2020

 

Students will get to showcase their great ideas from the workshop. They will have the opportunity to share their projects with their peers, the Museum and environmental sector scientists.

The Natural History Museum are looking for schools to register their interest by 28th February 2020 and places are on a first-come, first-served basis.
