You know when you’re watching Bake Off and suddenly you need to eat ALL the cake? Well, that’s exactly how we felt when we saw what students produced for the annual EKST Bake Off Competition 🍰
Children from St Anselm’s Catholic School, Herne Bay High School, and Kent College came together to take part in a challenging technical bake, followed by a creative signature bake – with cakes inspired by the theme of peace. With just 2½ hours on the clock, the talented bakers worked with focus and flair.
A huge thank you to St Anselm’s SLT judges, who took their roles very seriously, carefully awarding points across both challenges.
The standard was exceptionally high across all three schools, but the Bake-Off Champions were Herne Bay High School. Congratulations to you🥇And a massive well done to every student involved, your enthusiasm and talent made this event a success.
