TEACH MEET ‘Supporting our students in their next steps after school’

To be hosted at Spires Academy and each of the schools to provide 2 – 3 staff members to present for a maximum of four minutes on strategies they employ to prepare students for the world of work. This might be careers leaders, those that organise external speakers, staff members who can give advice on interview skills, student support managers, UCAS lead, enrichment manager or Head of Sixth Form. This event is all about sharing our expertise and particular strategies to ensure all our students are given the best chance and skills set for the world of further study, apprenticeships and careers.
