As shared with the EKST Management Team earlier this week, The University of Kent has been in touch to confirm that the invitation to attend this amazing free performance is now extended to parents, supporters, teachers and support staff. The University of Kent is hosting a free special performance of the play ‘Generation FOMO’ for parents, supporters, teachers and support staff on the 8th of July (the evening will run 5:45-8:15pm at the Canterbury Campus).
Generation FOMO has been created with interviews with young people aged 11-25, exploring their relationships to mobile phones and social media and the impacts on their mental health and wellbeing.”
The performance will be followed by a Q&A with a panel, including Psychologists from the University of Kent, members of Whitstable Unplugged, School Leaders and young people, to explore the topic of mobile phones and mental wellbeing.
