SEND Conference hosted by The King’s School
After much anticipation, we are excited to announce the details of our upcoming SEND conference. We are delighted that we can invite you to attend this years meet in person, although there is also an option to attend virtually. The day will consist of two talks, given by our esteemed guest speakers and a buffet lunch will also be provided if attending in person.
The event will be taking place at Birley’s pavilion & playing fields – CT2 7BA. This is a large, well-ventilated space. We would be grateful if you could take a lateral flow test prior to attending and only attend if this is negative. There will be parking available on site and it is approximately a 10 minutes walk from Canterbury West train station.

Arrival:
Please arrive from 10:40 for registration and refreshments prior to an 11:00 start
Nick Lait:
11:00 – 12:20 Presentation on the updated JCQ access arrangements with a Q & A session.
Lunch:
12:30 – 1:15 Please make sure you have advised us of any dietary requirements or allergies on the form provided
Dr Mendes and Dr Simmonds from Psicon:
1.20- 2.50 A talk on the presentation of ADHD and ASD in the female population
With a Q and A session.
